Chamber of Commerce Breakfast Networking Meeting

Client Feedback
“The event went really well with all aspects of a very high standard – the facilities, the food and the staff who looked after us. We particularly liked the fact that the breakfast itself was in a separate room which helped to break up the event.

“As the person organising I felt very confident and well looked after by the staff at Murray Edwards, from our initial enquiry which was handled quickly and efficiently through to the day itself.

“I was impressed by the attractiveness of the venue and the range of facilities available. Also it is very accessible and the parking is ideal. In summary I really loved the venue and will definitely be returning with a future event.”

Background
Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce holds regular breakfast meetings for its members as a way for businesses in and around Cambridge to connect and build relationships. This was the first time it had hosted the meeting at Murray Edwards as the College had only just recently joined the Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce.

Client Brief
Jenni Missledene, Events & Training Coordinator from the Cambridgeshire Chamber who organised the meeting said: “In terms of selecting a suitable venue, location, accessibility for our members and on-site parking are all very important. Murray Edwards College met all of these requirements for this meeting with perfect spaces, an attractive venue and a great menu offer for us.

“On this occasion the College’s state-of-the-art AV really helped and although we had a minor technical problem during setting up it was resolved straightaway and so everything was able to continue on schedule.
