At Murray Edwards College in Cambridge, we regularly film and record meetings, conferences and events for the College and our external clients in Buckingham House Lecture Theatre.

We are now delighted to offer the packages below, which can add significant value to your event. For example, a filmed event allows you the possibility to reach a much wider audience via the Internet, re-use the event for training or marketing purposes and populate your website with relevant and interesting video content.

Conference filming is charged at the current rate for dedicated AV as per that year’s Price Guide.

Essential Package

The complete film of your event but with presenter change-overs and other housekeeping aspects taken out. Ideal for presentations where there are few slides or you do not need high slide quality.

Best for if you are filming for posterity, archives and basic web content.

1 hour filming = 2 hours editing
1 day filming = 6 hours editing

Silver Package

Your event filmed and edited to include a high-definition overlay of each slide at full screen size as it comes up in the presentation.

Ideal if your delegates will review the content later and share it with others.
Best for if you are filming for posterity, archives and basic web content.

1 hour filming = 4 hours editing
1 day filming = 1 day editing

Gold Package

Your event filmed and edited with slide overlay and annotations, such as speakers’ and exhibitors’ names, presentation subject, references and links.

This may include notes on what the presenter is talking about or a reference link for the viewer to visit other relevant content to be viewed alongside the video.

This option is perfect if you are planning to use your video for marketing or for training purposes, as it allows you to give clear information during the video.
